LOL, the end of summer simply means what it says “end of summer.” This is the period that marks the conclusion of the summer season. Typically, the end of summer is around the end of August and the beginning of September. However, many argue that the end of summer here in the United States is officially 3rd week of September.
Anyways, this time is associated with the changing season whereby the sun begins to disappear early. As well as the transition from hot weather to the cooler temperatures of autumn. One of the first recipes I make, which I have already made, is my autumn squash soup! I literally double-batched it last weekend!
