Why are my turkey wings so tough?

One of the reasons why your turkey wings may be tough is if they aren’t properly cooked; simply, they need more cooking time. Another reason why the turkey meat may be dry is if you cook them open and without liquid. Just as a reference in this recipe, I will be cooking these turkey wings with lots of vegetables and will still cover them with foil. This way, my turkey wings stay moist and tender! This way, it stays moist even though I cook it at a high temperature. Note that my reason for cooking this at a high temperature is that I am baking three pans of turkey wings simultaneously. You can perfectly bake a smaller amount of turkey wings at 300F or 350F for 3-4 hours, and they will still turn amazingly well.

It is always important to ensure that your meat is well-seasoned. Additionally, you can allow your seasoned turkey wings to marinate in the refrigerator before baking.
