As mentioned earlier, this peach strawberry smoothie recipe needs only five ingredients. Namely – frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and orange juice! Sometimes I do add honey, but this is totally optional!
Personally, I like to buy, wash, cut, and freeze my ingredients for this smoothie recipe, as you can see from the photo below! I do this particularly during the summer months when peaches and strawberries are in abundance, ripe and fresh!

On the other hand, you can buy already frozen peaches, bananas, and strawberries in the freezer section of your grocery store. I use these sometimes, and they work perfectly well! It doesn’t matter, really; what matters is that you make this peach and strawberry smoothie!

How to Make Peach Strawberry Smoothie Recipe.

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender, starting with the liquid first; orange juice (this helps for easy blending). Then add the remaining ingredients – peaches, strawberries, banana.
  • Blend (using a high-speed blender; I typically use the “smoothie” setting). Watch out for accidents; pause and continue a couple of times if needed.
  • Smoothie is ready when the mixture is very smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in a jar or a cup; you cannot go wrong. Enjoy with a loved one!
