This vegetarian gluten-free peach and strawberry smoothie is perfect healthy breakfast smoothie recipe. This would be fantastic for those days that you are in a hurry, or maybe you just desire to eat a lighter Breakfast. It can also serve as a quick healthy and nutritious breakfast replacement, especially if you are looking to lose weight.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of frozen peach
- ½ cup of frozen strawberry
- ½ of a whole banana (frozen)
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into the blender starting with the liquid first; orange juice (this helps for easier blending).
- Blend on high; you may have to pause and continue a couple of times to ensure a seamless transition.
- It is ready when the mixture is very smooth, and creamy.
- Serve in a jar or a cup; you cannot go wrong.
