This vegetarian gluten-free peach and strawberry smoothie is perfect healthy breakfast smoothie recipe. This would be fantastic for those days that you are in a hurry, or maybe you just desire to eat a lighter Breakfast. It can also serve as a quick healthy and nutritious breakfast replacement, especially if you are looking to lose weight.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup of frozen peach
  • ½ cup of frozen strawberry
  • ½ of a whole banana (frozen)
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender, starting with the liquid first; orange juice (this helps for easy blending). Then add the remaining ingredients – peaches, strawberries, banana.
  2. Blend (using a high-speed blender; I typically use the “smoothie” setting). Watch out for accidents; pause and continue a couple of times if needed.
  3. Smoothie is ready when the mixture is very smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve in a jar or a cup; you cannot go wrong. Enjoy with a loved one!
