Yogurt bowls are palatable.
They are easy to make, can save you tons of time, and are equally super healthy and good for your body.
Quick questions before we continue:
- How many times have you skipped breakfast because you do not have time?
- Or that the steps are cumbersome?
- Perhaps the meal cannot be taken on-the-go?
- What about those days you just want to eat light, but unfortunately you couldn’t come up with ideas.
YIKES!
Well, I have good news for you because all of the above challenges are now taken care of by yours truly. ☺
As a busy mommy, I totally understand this struggle, and I have skillfully come up with a brilliant solution; actually some brilliant answers. Say yes to my healthy yogurt breakfast bowls.
Bowls of thankfulness.
Not exactly sure why I have called these three thankful bowls, by all means, they deserve this name. Because for any of these bowls, you will be very grateful to have in your hands, and savor. The base for each of the dishes is yogurt, of course. Personally, I like using low-fat Greek yogurt (vanilla flavor). Like seriously, who wouldn’t? Use any other type of yogurt that suits your fancy.
Tasty tropical yogurt bowl.
In the first place is my tasty tropical yogurt bowl. By far my favorite. One thing you may not know about me is that I was born and raised in Nigeria and so I am a sucker for all things tropical especially fruits; perhaps that’s why this very recipe melts my heart. However, I want to assure you that this bowl will tastefully, or rather, technically change your life. This bowl comprises of only three things; yogurt, banana, and mango! If you love this bowl then you will adore my tropical smoothie.☺️

Enough said, let's dig in😋

Super strawberry yogurt bowl.
This Second yogurt bowl is the love of my eyes, this goodness radiates in the bright red color of strawberry sweetness. The color and flavor of strawberry make this bowl spectacular. You can also sprinkle a little bit of toasted sliced almonds for a bit of crunchiness. Strawberries are low in calorie count and are enriched with vitamins and minerals. Health benefits include prevention of certain cancers, blood sugar regulation and good for heart health. Click To Tweet
Add half a cup of fresh blueberry to this bowl if you are into very berry goodness.😁

Sprinkle some toasted sliced almonds... it wouldn't hurt
Marvelous Maintenance yogurt bowl.
In reality, this bowl comprises ingredients that can maintain your beautiful body. Just like the other bowls the base is Greek yogurt, with that comes the super blueberry, which is generally known as a superfood, and often referred as the king of antioxidant. Additionally, blueberries can boost brain health, promote heart health, and reduce inflammation. Kiwi, on the other hand, is equally added to this bowl, because, why not? Kiwi fruits are said to boost the immune system, very pleasant with the digestive system, and as well as in the management of blood pressure. Click To Tweet

With love,
Good idea. Something that could be prepared the night before, too?
Isn’t it Gillian! This is a perfect for busy people. And yes, you can also make them the night before. However, I prefer overnight oats for most of my make ahead breakfasts. This is because I use dry fruits; and they can last up to 7 days.
