Ingredients

Scale

For Tropical yogurt bowl

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (low-fat, vanilla; or any type!)
  • ¼ cup of mango or ¼ of a whole medium size mango (must be fresh; never used frozen for this recipe)
  • ¼ cup of pineapple (cut in cubes)
  • ¼ cup of papaya (fresh; must be fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
  • 3 walnuts (or up to 1 tablespoon; I calculated it as 1 tablespoon on the Nutrition card)

For Loaded Strawberry Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (low-fat; vanilla or any type)
  • ½ cup of fresh strawberry (must be fresh; never used frozen for this recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons (or more) granola (optional; I used my homemade granola. Store bought granola would work just fine!)
  • ½ a clementine/tangerine/Mandarin or an orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (I used pecan butter; what I have on hand)

For Cherry-Blueberry Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (low-fat; vanilla or any type)
  • ¼ cup of blueberry (best if fresh)
  • ¼ cup of fresh cherries.
  • 2 Tablespoons of toasted coconut flakes or shredded coconut!

Instructions

For Tropical Yogurt Bowl

  • Wash, and cut the fruits (mango, pineapple, papaya), set aside.
  • Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  • Layer with mango slices, pineapple, papaya side by side. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and a couple of nuts. Enjoy!

For Strawberry Yogurt Bowl

    • Wash, and cut strawberries, make sure to use only fresh for this. About ½ cup of fresh strawberries or as much as you need.
    • Wash, peel, and segment the clementine as well!
    • Add 1 cup of yogurt to a clean bowl
    • Layer with fresh strawberries and the clementine. Then top with granola, nut butter or any other toppings you want. Enjoy!

For Cherry-Blueberry Yogurt bowl

  1. Wash, and cut cherries into half to remove the seed. Wash the blueberries as well. Use a paper towel to dry off excess moisture from the fruits.
  2. Add 1 cup of yogurt to a clean bowl, and add ¼ cup of blueberry plus ¼ cup of fresh cherries. Surround the bowl with toasted coconut flakes (as shown in my photo). Add granola and nut butter if so desired

Notes

Each bowl serves one person.

You can use unsweetened yogurt if desired.

I prefer to slice the mangos (do whatever suits you)

The recipe card nutrition calculation is based on the ingredients of the tropical yogurt bowl.
