Zucchini Chicken Stir Fry in the Air Fryer

Cooking chicken thighs in the air fryer is currently my (healthy) obsession and, honestly, the best thing! These bone in chicken thighs in the Air Fryer are crispy on the outside and yet very juicy on the inside. Air fryer thighs are packed with flavors, easy to cook, and ready in 30 minutes or less. The best part is that you can serve air fryer chicken thighs with just about any main side dish. Relatively, they pair so well with fried rice, cabbage, roasted veggies, salads, and literally any dish as a choice of protein. #Airfryerthighs #Airfryerchicken #Chickenthighrecipe #Airfryerrecipe #Chickenrecipe

I hope everyone had a great Easter? Did you cook, have guests over, or visit family and friends?
This was the first Easter in several years that I didn`t have to cook anything. Lol, I didn’t miss it!🤣😂😅😊
⠀
We went to @hersheypark as the kids wanted, and it was just a beautiful experience except for the weather!😉
From virtual reality to rides and more rides, it was simply a blessing to be out and about; God is good!😇

I hope this season brings you peace and joy, and may you have a wonderful week!

I know I am a little late to the #airfryer game, but this air-fried veggies and sausage were phenomenal; the kids dipped them in homemade ketchup. This recipe is kids-approved; I ended up making another batch - so so good!
Air fryer veggies and sausage is ideal for those busy weekday lunches or dinners. It comes through quickly as making a complete meal (like this one) in the air fryer is easy peasy!

Do you have (or use) the Air Fryer? What is your current favorite thing to cook in it?

These easy-to-make baked beet donuts are gluten-free and very tasty! This recipe doesn`t require white flour and white sugar, and they are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snacks!
This recipe is fitting for today - Valentine`s Day or Mother`s Day! 🥰💖
You can also make these and freeze them for later; do not glaze those you wish to freeze.
Some of the ingredients for these healthy donuts include fresh beets, whole wheat flour, etc.
