Description
You can take this salad a step further by adding your favorite produce from farmer’s market. Make it your way.
Ingredients

- ½ to 1 cup of fresh grape tomatoes
- 2 small size bell peppers
- ½ an apple (I particularly like Fuji apple for this, any other apple would work just fine)
- 1/3 of a medium-size avocado
- ½ of a whole cucumber (sliced)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced or cut)
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a good old bowl or plate, assemble all your ingredients.
- Then sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste, that’s all you need to dress up this salad.
