Description

Easy to make homemade vegan hot chocolate is rich, creamy, satisfying, and comforting! This recipe is made with almond milk, raw cacao, semi-sweet chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Also, this hot chocolate recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, stress-free, paleo, and vegan. And the best part is that you can make it in 5 minutes less!!! Make this when the weather is cold, to stay warm and cozy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
  • 2 servings of dairy-free Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Original Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Place a clean pan on the stove and add almond milk, raw cacao, dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate, maple syrup,  and vanilla extract.
  2. Keep stirring with a whisk until everything dissolves and the hot cocoa is hot to your desire. Pour into a cup or mug. Finally, top with marshmallows, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, or what you desire.
  3. Enjoy or share this creamy health-ish homemade vegan hot chocolate with a loved one!

Notes

The toppings are not included in the nutrition calculations because they are optional.

There are many dairy free chocolate to use; if you wish to use dark then try Beyond Good brand.
